Baobab and Caldera Safari

This classic eight-day northern Tanzania safari covers all the iconic destinations in a perfectly paced journey. Begin in Tarangire National Park — 2,800 km² of landscape dotted with ancient baobab trees and home to the largest elephant herds in northern Tanzania. Lake Manyara National Park offers five distinct vegetation zones in a compact space — groundwater forest alive with colobus monkeys, open grassland, acacia woodland, the alkaline lake itself and the dramatic rift valley escarpment.
