Your Booking Agreement
This agreement shall be binding in respect of all reservations made with Routes Kilimanjaro Adventures Ltd. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.
Payable on confirmation of booking to secure your reservation
Balance due before arrival. Late payment releases the booking
Cancel within 90+ days and receive a full credit note
Should the government increase or decrease taxes, or institute new taxes, Routes Kilimanjaro reserves the right to renegotiate rates either up or down accordingly.
Should the currency exchange rate change significantly, Routes Kilimanjaro reserves the right to renegotiate rates either up or down accordingly.
Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total booking value, based on the notice period given before the departure date.

A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of your booking. This secures all arrangements including accommodation, guides, permits, and transportation.
The remaining 50% balance is due between 60 – 45 days prior to your arrival date in Tanzania.
Bookings not secured by the appropriate deposit will be automatically released. Please ensure payment is made promptly to avoid losing your reservation.
