<p>Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Arusha for dinner and overnight. Your guide will brief you on the 7-day itinerary covering all of Tanzania’s iconic northern parks in one efficient and spectacular circuit.</p>

Arusha → Tarangire National Park

<p>After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park — Tanzania’s most spectacular elephant park. The Tarangire River draws the largest elephant herds in Tanzania alongside lions, leopards, giraffes and the ancient baobab woodland. Afternoon game drive along the river. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire River Camp or similar.</p>

Tarangire → Lake Manyara National Park

<p>Morning game drive in Tarangire, then drive to Lake Manyara National Park — famous for its tree-climbing lions, dense groundwater forest elephants and vast flamingo flocks on the alkaline lake. Afternoon game drive from arrival until sunset. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Lodge.</p>

Lake Manyara → Central Serengeti

<p>Drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands and enter the Serengeti at the Naabi Hill Gate. The classic route passes through dramatic highland scenery before the vast plains of the Serengeti open before you. Game drive en route to the Seronera Valley. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge or tented camp.</p>

A full day to explore the legendary Serengeti — a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the world’s most famous wildlife reserve. Dawn game drive, morning tracking of lion prides and cheetah families through the Seronera kopjes, picnic lunch in the bush, and afternoon game drives across the open plains. All meals and overnight at your Serengeti camp.

🌋 Serengeti → Ngorongoro Crater

Morning game drive in the Serengeti, then drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera for an afternoon game drive on the 265 km² crater floor. The extraordinary wildlife density — black rhinos, lion prides, hippo pools and flamingos — makes for an unforgettable final game drive. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

✈ Ngorongoro Crater → Arusha — Departure

Early morning game drive on the Ngorongoro Crater floor, then ascend to the rim and drive back to Arusha. Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight. You may also extend with a Zanzibar beach holiday — ask our team for details on safari-and-beach extensions.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before departure. For bookings within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at time of booking. Payments accepted by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation Policy ▼
90+ days before departure: full refund less a $150 administration fee. 60–89 days: 25% of total cost charged. 30–59 days: 50% of total cost charged. 0–29 days: 100% of total cost charged. All cancellations must be in writing to info.europe@routeskilimanjaro.com.
Refund Policy ▼
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of written cancellation confirmation to the original payment method. Gorilla trekking permits, park fees and pre-purchased domestic flights are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authorities.
