Serengeti Migration Crossing Experience-Tembo Choice

After breakfast meet our representative for safari briefing, group gathering and introduction.

Transfer to Arusha Airport for the light flight from Arusha to Lobo Airstrip located in North Eastern Serengeti.

Met upon arrival by your driver guide, start game drive in Lobo area. Afternoon proceed to Kogatende through Nyamarumbwa plains along the hills nearby Sand River (a Kenya/Tanzania boundary).

Arrive at the camp for dinner and overnight at Baobab Camp or Mara Katikati Camp.

After breakfast there is a lot of magic awaiting for you. You will be going out for the game drive as planned by yourself and guide the day earlier — either leaving very early in the morning before breakfast then return to the lodge for breakfast, or leaving after breakfast.

The Kogatende plains are filled with a large variety of flora and fauna during this season. You will be driving through the acacia woodland, riverine, open grassland and kopjes looking for the game residing in the region. You might have time to witness the migration crossing subject to the situation on the particular day.

All meals and overnight at Baobab Camp or Mara Katikati Camp. (Option for balloon ride)

Today you will leave early heading to central Serengeti with picnic lunch on the way, so that you can have sufficient time for game viewing in Central Serengeti within Seronera area.

Dinner and overnight at Serena Mbuzi Mawe Camp or at the seasonal camp.

A last full day game drive in central Serengeti. The Serengeti National Park is a biosphere reserve providing large area for avifauna. The park is the largest national park in northern circuit, very famous for the great migration of wildebeest and zebras as well as a large number of wild cats residing in the central Serengeti.

Serengeti is a mix of landscapes from the segment hills to open grassland, woodland, riverine and kopjes.

All meals and overnight at Serena Mbuzi Mawe or at the seasonal camp. (Option for balloon ride)

Early breakfast then departure for Ngorongoro Crater with picnic lunch.

AM game drive in the world's largest unbroken caldera covering 265km² with 19–23km across, 600 meters deep from the crater rim at 2,300 meters above sea level.

The Ngorongoro Crater has a lot to offer during the game drive — dust, sun and wind is among the best you can enjoy. Lunch will be picnic on the crater floor.

Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge or Lake Manyara Serena Lodge.

Breakfast at the lodge, then return to Arusha for your outbound flight or to Zanzibar.
