Day 1:

Pick up and transfer to your hotel in Aruha/Moshi for dinner and overnight.
Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2:

Breakfast at the Hotel,
Then drive to the Machame gate the starting point through the Machame route,
start your trekking going through the beautiful lush rain forest.
Dinner and overnight at the Camp at 3000 meters.

Day 3:

Breakfast at the camp.
Early in the morning start the trek by leaving the forest behind and ascend a steep ridge for about 3-4 hours.
The way then leads into a gorgeous river gorge before you slightly up onto the moorland of the Shira plateau.
Shira is all that remains of an older volcano that was engulfed when the much larger Kilimanjaro was formed. The views here are superb.
Dinner and overnight at the Camp at 3840 meters.

Day 4:

After breakfast at the camp.
5-6 hours of walk waits you this morning, the climb is not as steeper as one’s expectations.
Enjoy the typical mountain vegetation and rewarding views of the spectacular Barranco Valley.
Dinner and overnight at the Camp at 3950 meters.

Day 5:

After breakfast at the camp.
The normal climb is about 6 – 8 hours hike, up to Barranco wall,
then across ridges to the Karanga situated at 4100 meters, stop for lunch, then proceed to Barafu Hut. Dinner and overnight at the Barafu Hut at 4600 meters.

Day 6:

The trek will be started by midnight.
Ascend through heavy scree towards Stella Point located on the crater rim.
This is the most challenging part on the route about 8 hours walk.
Enjoy the sun rise while having the rest at Stella Point 5685 meters.
Then encounter the snow all the way to Uhuru peak about 2 hours ascend up to 5895 meters.
Then return to Barafu Hut for a short rest before continuing your way down to Mweka at 3100 meters.
Dinner and overnight in Mweka at 4600 meters.

Day 7:

After breakfast descend through the rain forest.
You either end your time in the mountain by Mweka gate or Kibololoni/Kedia gate.
Here you meet your driver for your transfer to Arusha/Moshi.
Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.

Prices are as follow:

Solo climber is 1,790$ US (1,320€)

For only one people, the price per person is: 1’598$ US (1260€)
From 2 till 4 people, the price per person is: 1’550$ US (1220€).
From 4 till 6 people, the price per person is: 1520$ US (1195€).
Up to 8 climbers, the price per person is: 1,420$ US (1,100€).


Low Season Special Rates:
The discount per person during the low season will be USD 50 per person.
The low season’s rates are applicable from 01st of April till 15th of June and the whole month of November


Extra Day in the Mountain:
The extra day in the mountain will be charged the supplement of USD 200 per person per day.
